CANCELLATIONS
We understand there will be times when you must cancel your dog’s walking appointment.
It is therefore requested you provide no less than 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment in order to allow us to accommodate the needs of other clients.
Notice of cancellation must be given by way of either a phone call or email. If your call is not answered leave a voicemail message providing your name, dog(s)’ name, and the date and time of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged for the walk.
